DTF Maker

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data DTF Maker handles when you use its browser-based artwork tools.

Updated: October 15, 2026

Artwork processing

The design preparation tool and artwork checker process images locally in your browser. Those tools do not upload the artwork to DTF Maker servers.

Vectorization sends the selected reference to the DTF Maker server. The server decodes and traces it, then returns SVG and PNG. The vectorization implementation does not save the artwork or result to a persistent server gallery; temporary processing data is held in memory.

The AI upscaler is different: when you start an upscale task, the selected image is uploaded directly to Bigjpg through its official temporary storage and processed by that provider. Retention and deletion follow Bigjpg’s policies; DTF Maker does not promise immediate deletion when a task finishes.

Accounts and profile data

If you sign in, Firebase Authentication handles your account identity. DTF Maker may store your user ID, email address, optional alias and country, account creation time, and subscription status in Firebase.

Google sign-in is optional and is governed by Google and Firebase privacy terms. Never include confidential production data in optional profile fields.

Local browser storage

DTF Maker uses localStorage for language, upscaling settings, usage statistics and pending-task recovery. IndexedDB holds a limited image cache. Drafts used to switch tools and languages are also kept in session memory. Clearing site data removes local recovery and cached images.

The dtf_lang preference cookie lasts up to one year. Optional account sign-in may use storage managed by Firebase to keep your session. Google Fonts is requested to display interface fonts and receives the technical data sent by your browser.

Security, retention, and choices

Network requests use HTTPS in production and the application applies browser security headers. No online service can promise absolute security.

You can use the core local tools without creating an account. You may clear local data in your browser or contact support to request deletion of account data.

Advertising

DTF Maker uses Adsterra advertising to fund the service. When an ad is displayed on the public domain, the browser contacts Adsterra and its advertising partners. They may receive IP address, browser data, referring page and interaction information, and use cookies or similar technologies under their policies.

Ad placements are separated from the tools. Artwork and account data are not deliberately included in ad tags. Consult the provider’s policies and choices and manage cookies and site data through your browser.

Technical data and retention

Server requests include technical data such as IP address, browser and time. Hosting may generate access and error logs according to its configuration. Quota counters are retained to limit abuse according to each tool’s time windows and do not need to store your images.

Account data remains in Firebase until deleted. Retention of images and results in Bigjpg depends on that provider. There is no single deletion period across all services or automatic deletion on closing the page.

Data questions and rights

Processing enables the tasks you request, optional account access and protection of service availability. Use Support to request information, access, correction or deletion of your data and exercise rights available under applicable law.

Handling a request may require verification of account ownership. Do not send your password. Providers may process data in other countries under their terms and safeguards; consult the Google and Firebase information linked below.
