Start with these checks. If the problem continues, collect the information listed below so we can investigate.
I cannot upload an image
Check for PNG, JPEG or WebP format. The upscaler and vectorizer accept up to 8 MB. Crop or resize references over 2 MP before tracing, using the vectorizer controls.
Open tool →The edges or colors do not look right
Compare on white and black backgrounds. Adjust color-removal tolerance and lower vector cleanup if small details disappear. Always keep a copy of the original.
Open FAQ →An AI task stays pending
Keep the pending task and check the tool’s message. Bigjpg connectivity and processing times can vary. Do not share API keys or task tokens in a public report.

Include the tool and URL, error message, steps to reproduce, your browser and the file format, size and dimensions. Attach a screenshot if helpful. Do not send passwords, API keys or client files without permission.
